Skills for Logistics is a leading End-Point Assessment Organisation for the logistics and distribution industry.

Our mission is to:

  • Raise awareness and promote career opportunities in the logistics, supply chain and distribution industries
  • Build a pipeline of talented young people entering the logistics industry
  • Increase the attractiveness of careers in the sector by building professionalism around knowledge, skills and behaviour development
  • Ensure the educational standards specified in apprenticeships fully meet the national standard specified by government

About Us

Skills for Logistics was founded in 2015 to address the skills gap within the logistics sector. Since then, we have become the UK’s leading End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) specialising in the logistics sector. We are approved by Ofqual to deliver End Point Assessments for  a range of apprenticeship standards in the logistics sector. We are part of The Skills Group Limited, a skills development consultancy -  ‘skills’ is at the heart of everything we do.

We are an agile, innovative and a passionate team, with over 30 years’ experience, committed to adding value to industry through our services, which are aimed at improving skills and opportunities in the logistics sector.

Through our innovative technologies and customer-focused delivery, we collaboratively work with clients to create  bespoke solutions. From virtual reality training to our dedicated logistics focused EPA platform, we provide advanced solutions for our clients.

Our team aspires to provide the best customer service, working closely with employers and training providers  to ensure that everyone, especially our apprentices, feels supported as we work together to improve quality, productivity and work opportunities in the logistics sector.
